My Young Beautiful Bride and I went up North for an estate sale and afterwards we decided to find a place to get some lunch 😀. We found Cafe Trilogy, a little dinner that had some of the best food, great atmosphere, and truly amazing staff 😀

Cute little place with an interesting menu and home town service. I had the Croque Madame with egg on top with a lovely salad on the side. I also got a cup chili which was a special as a meal but they accommodated me with a cup. The entire meal was excellent. I just wish I left room for all of the fantastic looking deserts they had on offer. Stop in this local gem when you can. You won't be disappointed. P.S. The softest napkins ever. Just saying
I decided to try this little restaurant because I always saw it sitting there quietly on the south side of LaPorte. Inside you find a cozy atmosphere with a couple of tables. It's not overcrowded. Hostess was polite and courteous. Promptly addressed me when I came to the front counter. The establishment was clean, bright, and cheerful. Music playing over the intercom was an 1980's playlist. Not too loud or distracting. My food arrived shortly after ordering. My meal consisted of seasoned potatoes with a creamy egg dish with fresh spinach and ham. It looked delicious! The garlic sauce with the scrambled eggs came together just perfectly! The flavor left me speechless! If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax while having a wonderful breakfast or lunch, this is the place!
So first things first, after traveling the whole country and sometimes having to drive quite far for good food, my girl and I said the bourbon French toast is literally worth driving at least an hour for, and if you don't want that then you need to eat the brisket hash, it's literally perfect! Just enough seasoning through and through, absolutely perfect! We will be back anytime we get within an hour of this place

I want to gate keep this little gem so badly but I can’t help but rave about the Hot Honey Bacon Chicken Biscuit sandwich with Pimento Cheese Grits. What a delightful surprise! Every last bite was scrumptious. It was truly one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever enjoyed. The cafe is clean and the service prompt and friendly. I chatted up the owner on my way out to let her know how much we enjoyed it and she was the kindest lady. I am not local but will go out of my way to try another dish again soon.
Thank you, Google reviews, for steering us to Cafe Trilogy on a drive from Cleveland to Chicago. A little side trip off the turnpike took us through the cute town of La Porte, Indiana. The restaurant building is not much to look at from the outside but you can tell you have found a very special spot as soon as you walk through the door. The owner and her friendly staff are very welcoming and efficient. We tried the BLT, (the best I’ve ever had) which came with a side (I chose the mushroom and rice soup) and the smoked brisket hash skillet. Everything was so flavorful! We enjoyed a pleasant lunch and are now ready to do battle with Chicago traffic.
The coffee is good, the service is great and the food was delicious! The menu is unique and has so many interesting meals. Can't wait to go back!
My daughter and I have stopped here after my doctors appointments and everything has been great here each visit. Food is delicious, coffee is great and very smooth. Service has been great. There is a display of homemade desserts, which are also very delicious. Check this place out and support your local business owner.
